All rates are based on up to 4 people. Please add $20.00 per additional person per night. Children 12 and under stay free.
A deposit of $200.00 is required within 14 days of making the reservation. Remainder is due at the time of check-in. Reseverations are subject to cancellation without notice if deposit is not received within 14 days of proposed rental date. Reservations made less than two weeks require full payment. Refund on cancellation only if re-rented for your reservation period. All refunds will be subject to a 10% service charge. We accept personal checks, money order and cashiers checks. Your credit card number will be taken for security deposit. Sorry, we cannot give refunds for changes in your plans or the weather.
